Children’s Circle of Care Conference

Circle of Care event initiatives are intended to recognize, inspire, celebrate and honor benefactors. TPN was hired to integrate show design with The Edge Creative look/feel, manage all the event logistics and make the most out of a limited budget. Our goal was to provide an experience that felt polished and professional without feeling extravagant or wasteful. Moreover, TPN was called to – and did – establish an environment of trust with client, partners, talent and guests. Every event affiliate could rest easy knowing the logistics were handled. From power point content to show flow schedules to talent wrangling, we were there.

We jumped into planning by building a smart, nimble team of multi-talented personnel that could move easily from one role to the next, saving more of the budget for the show floor.

We made cost effective recommendations which catapulted our partnership to be one of trust and ease. There were no budget surprises, thanks in part to TPN’s Cathy Morgan’s consistent, attentive client communication. TPN provided Circle of Care with complete confidence that every event management detail was handled.

2009 North American Leadership Conference & Gala Dinner,

The Gala Dinner was held at the WaMu Theater at Qwest Field Event Center. The evening included cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the spacious reception area. Following the reception, attendees flowed into WaMu Theater for dinner and the melodious vocals of the famed Ms. Natalie Cole. Special guest NBC News Special Correspondent Tom Brokaw, former anchor of “NBC Nightly News,” served as the Honorary Chair.

Each event included the need to work within a “network”. Indicative of our name, we have always accredited the benefits of a production network. In this case our network was made up of the talents within Circle of Care, along with three supporting partners: The Edge Creative, CRG and TPN. Together we were able to pull off a successful event series.

The mission of Children’s Circle of Care is to advance philanthropy that supports patient care, teaching, research and advocacy through educating and recognizing leading benefactors of participating children’s hospitals.
