Position Summary
As a Producer, you'll be the strategic TPN liaison, bridging the gap between clients, creative, and production teams. You'll take charge of implementing creative and production deliverables while facilitating seamless communication throughout the process. Your expertise will ensure that project expectations are understood and delivered across various TPN departments, all while managing and nurturing client relationships. Working closely with the Creative Director and Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned producer to showcase their strategic thinking and client management skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Project Client Responsibilities
- Understand and convey client creative and messaging goals and manage client expectations throughout project.
- Communicate client deliverables, including technical specifications, formats, deadlines, and budget implications.
- Establish cadence for client communications, meetings, and deliverables.
- Ensure client changes and updates are communicated to creative and production departments.
- Provide client’s agenda topics for meetings and drive client requests across all TPN departments.
- Develop overall event and show flow with client and creative/ production teams.
- Run rehearsals onsite, ensure latest creative information is disseminated to all departments, and track post-event content deliverables.
Project Team Responsibilities
- Communicate client expectations to all team members.
- Ensure appropriate creative and production team support for all phases of project
- Create and manage workback schedule in conjunction with creative and production departments.
- Ensure client deliverables deadlines are met and manage content and assets between client, creative and production departments
- Establish technical specifications and formats for client deliverables with production team.
- Meet with show staff and crew and schedule appropriate rehearsals with client.
- Work with Production Manager to track scope and budget changes and communicate to client.
TPN Business Responsibilities
- Set client expectations regarding budget.
- Recommend appropriate talent and staffing for required roles.
- Communicate project budget updates whenever changes in project scope or budget amount occur.
Qualifications
- Familiar with technical and creative aspects of event production, including live events, broadcast, and virtual events.
- Comfortable with a variety of activities and multiple, simultaneous projects. Has a sense of urgency to achieve goals. Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Results focused. Requires innovation, idea generation and creative problem solving. Importance on building rapport and relationships focused on achieving results. Adept at engaging the commitment of others.
- Good at collaborative decision-making and can make timely decisions in response to changing conditions.
- Confident, enthusiastic, persuasive, and able to stimulate others to action.
- Leads based on expertise, knowledge of systems.
- Works to ensure business results are achieved and delegates details, as necessary. Takes accountability for results.
- A minimum of 7 years producing events.
