Creativity
Creativity is a characteristic of someone or some process that forms something new and valuable. This is at the forefront of every project we manage because we believe there is always a better way that needs to be explored. By applying this lens, we are able to help our clients think differently and ultimately achieve their goals.
Equity and Inclusion
We see equity as more than a ‘nice to have’ it is integral to our business model. We know, however, that good intentions are not enough. That is why we are building a comprehensive equity strategy that goes beyond recruiting to ensure all voices at TPN are heard, and all talents are valued.

I have over 25 years in the events industry and as CEO of TPN I am passionate about elevating brands through transformative events. With a strong emphasis on fostering growth, I cultivate a culture of continuous learning and an adaptable mindset within TPN.
As a team leader, executive, event professional, philanthropist, and DEAIB activist, I currently serve as TPN’s Chief Revenue Officer. Through my leadership of the Marketing, Creative, Client Management, and Sales teams, I am focused on building a cohesive high-touch client journey from the moment they see one of our social posts through to the event debrief and beyond.
From venue management and booking, to black tie dinners and large-scale festival production, I've accrued a vast range of expertise in the events and entertainment industry. I bring 30 years of experience in venue operations, contract negotiations, event & production management, budgeting and scheduling, and employee management & labor relations and am committed to a high level of customer service for each project.
I have served in management and executive posts in a variety of organizations in both New York City and Seattle for over 30 years. With roles ranging from accounting and finance to operations, information systems, and technology management, I’m happy to be at TPN where I can lend support and guidance to a team inspired to grow.
I have spent my career shaping and reshaping the art and science of strategy into a palatable, actionable and effective discipline. Over my 25+ year career, I have partnered with Fortune 500 brands, and small businesses to help them go to market armed with a competitive advantage. My passion projects are centered around literacy access initiatives. I am a Mother, Writer, Musician, Barista, and ever-aspiring Baker.
For over 25 years, I have managed technology needs for the event, advertising, and retail/manufacturing industries. I am always watching for ways in which technology can increase efficiency and provide a better experience for both our employees and our clients.
I have a proven track record for optimizing financial strategies and driving fiscal growth for businesses of varying sizes. I'm adept at balancing budgetary precision with innovative solutions to ensure sustainable success in dynamic market environments.
As Founder of TPN, I've earned my reputation by directing major events such as Seeds of Compassion: A Global Initiative on Compassion with the Dalai Lama, the Boeing Centennial Founders Day Festival, Seattle Center’s Next Fifty 7-month festival, and the numerous not-for-profit clients I am honored to support. I thrive when able to form lasting client relationships, many of which are over 25 years, and can achieve their goals and help clients understand new technologies in our industry.
