Position Summary
Whether working independently or as part of a larger team, you will be the energetic and proactive face of client interactions, eager to build strong relationships and introduce innovative ideas. You will serve as the TPN hub for all project-related details including financial management, from the initial budget to final reconciliation. You'll also manage the project Workback Schedule to ensure timely delivery. You will oversee client-focused work for events and exhibits, lead project teams, vendors and local labor. Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure all creative elements and strategies align with the clients' needs.

Project Client Responsibilities
- Meet client goals and manage expectations throughout project.
- Ensure consistent communication.
- Create, manage, and communicate status of project workback schedule.
- Create, manage, and communicate status of project budget.
- Track and report all variances and trends.
- Manage project file-sharing and platforms.
- Schedule and provide agendas for meetings and take and distribute notes.
Project Team Responsibilities
- Assign roles and rates for project team in TPN budget tracking system.
- Consult with project team members about scope and budgeted hours and reiterate at kick off.
- Create, manage, and communicate status of internal project workback schedule.
- Communicate budgeted hours against actual hours for project.
- Create all Purchase Orders and review and approve all project vendor invoices.
- Manage project file-sharing and platforms.
- Schedule and provide agendas for meetings and take and distribute notes.
- Create, manage, and communicate status of project budget, with oversight provided by the Account Manager.
TPN Business Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budget.
- Create preliminary budget per client scope.
- Open job code and create SOW.
- Manage and track all financial transactions for a project.
- Create all purchase orders.
- Review, approve, and submit all vendor invoices.
- Hire and track independent contractor invoices and hours.
- Manage project budgets and update whenever changes in project scope or budget amount occur.
- Secure approval for and issue Project Change Notices and Budget Updates.
- Reconcile project budgets and estimates to actuals and manage closure of all Purchase Orders.
- Wrap project and invoice client per SOW.
- Assign tasks and resources at appropriate rates and positions.
- Ensure team hours are being properly billed.
- Schedule and lead budget kickoff and budget wrap meetings.
- Inform account manager of scope changes or account/project issues.
